  • Modification of specific sporting techniques known to contribute to pain
  • Strengthening and conditioning of weakened lower limb muscle groups
  • Specific lower limb flexibility programme
  • Core strengthening
  • Modification of footwear/orthotics
  • Change in training schedule intensity / variation / duration

Each sport participant is unique and therefore will require an individualised rehabilitative programme
